My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location in Koreatown was great and the parking garage clean and spacious, the rooms had a strange smell, were old and tiny, with unclean bedsheets, and the curtains didn't close properly, letting in too much light.

The rooms had a strange smell and were old and tiny. The bedsheets were not clean, and the corridor had a smelly odor.
Service
5.0
The service was a mix of experiences; some staff members were friendly and helpful, but others were horribly rude and unprofessional.
Location
6.0
Although the hotel is located in Koreatown, which is a great area, it was far from many attractions, impacting the overall experience.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit overpriced for what was offered. They charged $40 for a meal for two, which seemed excessive.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect for our event at The Wiltern and had plenty of food options nearby, but the neighborhood felt unsafe with homeless presence. The rooms had a strong mildew odor, which was disappointing, and the service was unprofessional and lacked helpfulness. On the bright side, the dining experience was excellent, although a bit overpriced.
Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in smelled awful like old mildew carpet, not as described on the website, and was not up to expectations.
Service
5.0
The service was subpar with rude and unprofessional staff that seemed disinterested in assisting guests. Overcharging was a major issue.
Location
7.0
Despite the sketchy neighborhood, the hotel's proximity to The Wiltern and various dining options made it convenient for our needs.
Dining
8.0
While the dining was enjoyable, offering a variety of options, the pricing was on the higher side for what was provided.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice small eating area, but unfortunately, my smoking room was dirty, likely due to the A/C unit. The service was good overall, although I did encounter some unfriendliness from a staff member. The location was convenient with some noise, and the dining experience was decent, though a bit pricey for what we got.
Rooms
6.0
My room, while comfortable with a fridge and small eating area, was unfortunately dirty. The smoking option was a plus for me, but cleanliness could be improved due to issues with the A/C.
Service
7.0
The service was good in general, although I did face some unfriendliness from a particular staff member. Room service and housekeeping were decent.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was ideal for my plans, being close to where I needed to go. Although it was a bit noisy, the proximity to great spots such as the Wiltern and Korea Town made up for it.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was okay, but it ended up being a bit pricey for what we received. The local focaccia bread was a nice touch, but overall, I expected a bit more for the cost.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel could use a revamp in terms of facilities. While clean public areas were maintained, some areas felt dated and in need of updating.
